What happens after I apply?

During this process your application will be reviewed in line with other applicants and we take into account skills and expereince and how this aligns with the Key Selection/Accountabilities Criteria for the role.

After screening and reviewing all applications, suitable applicants will be contacted to arrange a face to face interview (interstate applicants may be interviewed by phone or Skype facilities (where able).

The Interview

At Sureway we use Behavioural Based Interviews which·are known as Targeted Selection Interviewing Technique. This process is designed to show previous patterns of accomplishments around the key competencies for the role, i.e. that past performance predicts future behaviour.
