Sureway Employment and Training was established in 1991 in Wagga Wagga New South Wales by Judy Galloway. Initially focused on local training and employment services, Sureway has steadily grown to become one of Australia's leading providers.

From 2001, Sureway has provided Job Network, Community Work Co-ordination and related Employment Services to some 21 locations across regional New South Wales. It has also conducted Labour Hire and Recruitment Services for employers.

In April 2009, Sureway was awarded an Employment Services Contract to supply the full range of Stream Services under Job Services Australia to job seekers in twelve Employment Services Areas across regional NSW, VIC & SA. This new contract operates from 1 July 2009 through to 30 June 2012.
