Our remuneration is expressed as a Package Value. What that package includes depends on the position held.
1. Annual Salary Package includes:
a. Base salary plus b. Superannuation (9%) c. Other Cash or non cash benefits such as vehicles, phones or the payment of allowances. This will be clearly outlined in your employment conditions.
2. Performance Bonus Potential - In line with our commitment to reward performance some employees will receive performance bonuses. These bonus payments will be subject to the relevant policies and you should discuss these with your Hiring Manager prior to commencing.
Bonus Days
After 12 months continuous service staff who fall under the Employee Collective Agreement are entitled to take an additional 5 days bonus leave.
Sureway Corporate Wellbeing

Flu Vaccination
We offer reimbursement to staff who wish to receive an annual flu vaccination. Reimbursement is for the cost of the vacination only.
Employee Assistance Program
Maintaining a healthy balance between work and life can be challenging. Sureway provides employees with access to counselling services to assist them deal with any issues that may arise and to help maintain that healthy balance. These services can be provided face to face or via telephone in times of crisis. This 24 hour service is available to all employees.
