Sureway Employment & Training continually make valuable contacts with a number of Aged Care facilities setting up valuable opportunities for our job seekers to learn about the industry and become qualified aged care workers.

Sureway Employment and Training have conducting successful Strategic Employment Solution programs for the aged care industry in a number of Sureway Employment Service Areas including Parkes, Wagga Wagga, Young, Bathurst, Cowra, and Dubbo. 

Programs are designed to upskill and prepare our job seekers for work while specifically addressing labour shortages experienced by local employers.

The program involved direct consultation with employers to develop the program and negotiate appropriate on-the-job work experience. Program candidates are assessed to have the necessary capability to succeed as aged care workers.
