The Australian Retailers Association have partnered Sureway Employment in a number of Employment Programs.

The Australian Retailers Association previous to this had been running a Program "Retail Employment Pathways" to assist job seekers to find employment by way of training and work placement. Sureway Employment and Training in Albury approached us to conduct 2 of these programs in their local area. Both these programs were very successful with a 60% plus employment outcome for the participants. It is our belief that this success was achieved in no small part to the active assistance of the Sureway staff. Their enthusiasm, commitment and overall desire to see these job seekers succeed was a major factor to the success. Their assistance to the ARA's trainers was by far the most supportive of any Employment Service Provider that we have worked with before or since. Carrying on from this success we have since run further

"Retail Employment Pathways" programs in Broken Hill (twice) Dubbo, Corowa and again in Albury in partnership with Sureway. In all these centres we have had similar success and again the support and backup we received from the individual Sureway staff was a major contributing factor to this success.

The Australian Retailers Association looks forward to an ongoing partnership with Sureway in the future. We also wish them every success in achieving their company goals and we hope to be able to play a part in this success.
