When Lauren first registered with Sureway Employment and Training she had been unemployed for a long period of time. The staff at the Sureway Employment and Training office met with Lauren and over the course of the following few weeks worked with her to tailor a Pathway to Work that suited her individual needs.

But Sureway encouraged me to undertake training to extend the skills I already had as well as learn new skills. That helped me get some confidence and put me on the pathway to finding work.
