Sureway believes all service delivery feedback is a mirror to how our standard of customer service is perceived and will be regarded by us as an opportunity to review and improve the way we do things.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of service you have received from Sureway, at any time or for any reason, you have the right to:
- discuss your concerns with the staff member you have been dealing with;
- discuss your concerns with our relevant Area Manager; or
- discuss your concerns with our Operations Compliance and Audit Manager.
