Rachael Baack

People & Culture aim to create and sustain a system that maximises the return on investment from our people by focusing on our mission and being recognised as a high performing organisation with a healthy leadership pipeline.

This division is currently led by General Manager People & Culture, Rachael who has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Rachael joined Sureway in late 2015 as Human Resources Business Partner and has been a key driver for many HR initiatives across the company. Along with her extensive industry training, Rachael is committed to continuous improvement and is currently completing a Masters in Business Leadership.

Rachael is based in Adelaide, South Australia and finds being based in an operations office highly rewarding as it provides the opportunity to see firsthand the impact that Sureway has on the community, and the way that lives are being changed every day.

Rachael was awarded HR Directors Magazine’s Rising Star Award in 2017.
