Thank you for enquiring about Sureway Employment & Training’s Disability Employment Services (DES) program. We look forward to welcoming you at one of our 50 DES locations in the coming weeks.
If you are currently registered for DES you will receive a letter from the Department of Social Services (DSS) during May outlining the details of your allocated provider. If this is NOT Sureway you will need to follow the process outlined in the letter to transfer to Sureway, if you have not done so already.

What do I need to do?
If you are currently registered for DES the Department of Social Services (DSS) will send you a letter before the end of May 2018 outlining the details of your allocated provider. If this is NOT Sureway you will need to follow the process outlined in the letter to select Sureway as your new provider, if you have not done so already. The DES Transition Support Line can be contacted on 1300 854 414 for further assistance.
If your letter shows that you have been allocated to Sureway you do not need to do anything.
