Sureway have a team of experienced staff to support you and your employee on and off the job. Your local Employment Consultant will develop an individualised support plan that can include regular meetings, phone conversations or workplace visits.
We can assist employers and job seekers alike with workplace concerns, to identify additional needs or come up with strategies to manage circumstances. Our support plans mean that everybody is involved in the process.
A new employee may take time to adjust in the workplace. Constant communication, review and assessment can provide early intervention and ensure work retention. We can assist your new employee to report their new employment to DHS, with minimal interruption to you and their job.
