Founded by Judy Galloway in Wagga Wagga, NSW, in 1991, Sureway was established with a vision to help local people overcome barriers and change their lives through training, employment and connection.
Today, the Sureway Group delivers a range of services across more than 250 locations throughout Australia. We provide Australian Government employment services, nationally accredited training, psychology and counselling, community supports, and tailored services for diverse communities and individuals.

Sureway Employment and Training provides tailored support to help our participants achieve their employment goals and secure sustainable work. With strong knowledge of local labour markets and industry needs, we work closely with employers to understand the kind of skills and capabilities they require. We use this insight to tailor employment services, training and support to prepare participants for the opportunities available in their local communities.
